Academic Minors

An academic minor in the School of Adult Learning (SAL) provides you with an additional area of concentration that can enhance your marketability and lead to greater career opportunities.

You may select from six different minors, each requiring 20-22 semester hours, and all the credit can apply to your bachelor’s degree. You may minor in an area that is quite different from your major. Consider a minor in the following areas:

Certificate Programs

Certificates consist of three to four courses that can sharpen your skills and increase your knowledge in a certain content area.

Certificates can be completed in six to nine months, and you may apply all certificate credit to your bachelor’s degree. Consider the following certificate programs:
