The SBNM's certificate programs are designed for professionals who wish to sharpen their skills and knowledge in a specific content area in a short, cost-effective manner.

Certificate programs may be completed in 6-12 months, and all certificate courses may be applied to any of the SBNM's graduate degrees. Students pursue certificate programs for a variety of reasons, including:

The healthcare industry presents managers with some of the most complex challenges faced in business.  From a societal perspective, no industry is more directly associated with quality of life issues.  From a business perspective, few industries are under greater financial constraints or more complex regulatory restrictions.  The certifcicate in healthcare management provides an analysis of the current issues, trends, and challenges facing the industry, and a framework for effective management practice across key functional areas.  

The certificate may be completed entirely face-to-face, or with a combination of online and face-ot-face courses.
