Requirements for Admission as a Degree-Seeking Student
- Completed Application
- Current Resume
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution
- Official transcripts
- Two recommendations from individuals who can assess academic and/or professional experience
- An official score report from the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) or Graduate Record Exam (GRE) from within the last five years is required for applicants whose cumulative undergraduate grade point average is less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Applicants whose GPA is below a 3.0 may waive the testing requirement if one of the following conditions is met:
- Applicant possesses a graduate degree from an accredited institution
- As a non-degree seeking student, the applicant completed five SBNM graduate courses with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
Admission Requirements for Non-Degree Seeking Students
Students may enroll in up to eight courses as a non-degree seeking student. Coursework completed as a non-degree student will transfer to a degree program assuming the coursework meets the degree requirements.

Upon acceptance, an I-20 will be issued within one week.
SBNM does not offer teaching assistantships or fellowships. However, international students are eligible to receive any of the SBNM’s scholarships.
