Elementary

In the Elementary Education program, you learn how to teach children in grades Kindergarten through six. Courses help you develop the methods to teach literacy, mathematics, social studies, and science. At North Park, clinical experiences provide the opportunities to put your knowledge into action in actual classrooms.

The Elementary Education program is designed for students who are planning to teach children in grades K-6 and leads to an Illinois Type 03 initial teaching certificate.
