Application Process

Application Deadlines

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis for the Fall, Spring, and Summer terms. 

Prospective students are encouraged to apply well in advance of the semester in which they intend to begin classes. It is important to plan ample time to prepare for your first class and complete mandatory orientation activities. Early application and registration also ensure a greater selection of course options, as classes tend to fill up as each semester approaches.

Summer 2011 Term

Summer classes begin the week of May 16, 2011. Applications for the Summer 2011 term are now being accepted. 

Fall 2011 Term

Fall classes begin in late August. Applications for the Fall 2011 term are now being accepted.

Step 1: Complete and Submit Your Application

Step 2: Request Official Transcripts

Request official transcripts from all college coursework. Official transcripts must be received in sealed envelopes directly from the school of issue. Applicants who have completed coursework outside of the United States have specific instructions for submitting transcript evaluation reports in lieu of original transcript documents.

Step 3: Evaluation of Transfer Credit 

Once these items are received by the office of graduate admission, an evaluation of your transfer credit is completed by North Park's records evaluator and you will be contacted by the admission office regarding next steps. If appropriate, you will then be referred to an academic advisor for course planning and registration.
