Writing Assistance for Students

The North Park University Writing Center is a proud part of the University’s academic life, working alongside students and faculty to plant and nurture a thriving writing culture. The Writing Center provides a safe and respectful space, promoting healthy, coordinated habits for the learning and writing processes.

Trained student Writing Advisors are fully integrated into the Dialogue program, providing one-on-one assistance to all first- and second-year students on drafts of formal Dialogue papers. The Center also offers a drop-in service for students in courses other than Dialogue. Advisors are available to work with any undergraduate student on any paper, in any subject, at any stage of the process. You may make an appointment or simply drop by when you have a paper to work on.
