Chemistry Faculty

Dr. Kalvin received a B.A. in chemistry from Duke University and a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Michigan. He specializes in medicinal chemistry and currently teaches the CHEM 1011/1021/1031 sequence.

Associate Professor of Chemistry and Chemistry Department Chair Research Interests: Computational Chemistry Dr. Rienstra-Kiracofe received a B.S. from Calvin College and a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia at the Center for Computational Chemistry. He primarily teaches general chemistry, physical chemistry, and environmental chemistry.
