As a distinctively Christian university of the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC), North Park University seeks to be of service to pastors and members of Covenant churches as well as to the broader Church community. The ECC's Covenant Affirmations are a document that people often find helpful in understanding the Christian identity of North Park University.
While the Christian faith is presented for consideration to every student, in the spirit of our founding denomination, we are also respectful toward students of other faiths. We work to create a safe environment for the exploration and discussion of life’s great questions, and one that allows students to learn about and deal thoughtfully with the beliefs and convictions of others. A variety of campus events and lectures, a vibrant University Ministries program, and many other opportunities encourage students’ personal growth and development.

Grants to Covenant Students and Clergy Dependents
Special tuition grants are available to undergraduate students who are either active participants in a congregation of the Evangelical Covenant Church or legal dependents of Covenant clergy. See complete details and up-to-date amounts for these Covenant grants.

Church Matching Grant (formerly PIE) Program
Churches are invited to participate in our Church Matching Grant (formerly "Partners In Education" or PIE) program.
