Transfer Guides

These transfer guides represent North Park’s commitment to you to ensure a smooth and successful transfer process. The transfer guides (listed below) demonstrate how credit from your current college will transfer to North Park University and fit our general-education requirements.

These guides are only for general-education courses and don’t represent an entire catalog of classes. There are many more classes that could potentially transfer; there are even courses that might fulfill general-education requirements at your college that aren’t listed here! So, these guides are not meant to be exhaustive, but simply a helpful tool — and a starting point — for transfer students.

The left-hand side of each guide lists the requirements for North Park, and the right-hand side shows your college course abbreviations and numbers that will fulfill the North Park requirements. The number in parenthesis represents the semester hours required to fulfill the requirement. Please note that a three-semester-hour course will transfer and fulfill our four-semester-hour classes. (If you are taking classes at a college that uses quarter hours, those credits will be converted to semester hours and may not be sufficient to cover our four-semester-hour requirement.)

If you have any additional questions, please contact Rob Berki, transfer counselor, via email or by phone at (773) 244-5516.
