Health Insurance
All North Park University students, registered in any program, are eligible to purchase health insurance from Associated Insurance Plans International.
North Park University requires all undergraduate students who are registered full time (12 credit hours or more) and all Seminary students who are registered for six credit hours to be covered under a health insurance policy. These students will automatically be billed the University's individual health insurance fee. Students who provide proof of insurance will have the insurance fee removed from their accounts.
September 30 was the deadline to complete the online insurance waiver for the fall term. Students who failed to provide proof of insurance have now purchased the policy from Associated Insurance Plans Internations (AIP). The charge of $1,374 is non-refundable.
Students who waived insurance last semester are eligible to purchase insurance for the spring and summer semesters. Students who purchased the policy in the fall are NOT eligible to waive coverage this time.
Details about the AIP policy offerings can be found online.
