Student working in a computer lab at North Park University

Information Technology

Information Technology (IT) provides support for informational technology resources on campus. The department serves students and faculty through the University's helpdesk system. These helpdesk tickets describe the need or problem, enabling IT to provide timely and appropriate assistance.

The department also manages North Park network access for students, faculty, and staff. Network accounts enable controlled access to a number of different systems through a single log-in.

North Park Computer Facilities are designated for academic use by North Park students, faculty, and staff. Public computers are available in each residence hall, Carlson Tower, and Magnuson Campus Center. Public computers as well as twenty-four netbook computers are available for use within Brandel Library. Software discounts are also offered for students on Microsoft and Adobe software.
