North Park University students, faculty, and staff all use Microsoft Office 365 email services. These accounts also provide access to Microsoft's O365 tools for document management, storage, and collaboration online. In addition, your North Park email will help you to stay on top of campus news and events, as well as connect with faculty and students. IT provides this access to all current students and recent graduates.
1. Set Up Your North Park University Account
To access your email account, you first must set up your campus account and password on the account management page. You will need your seven-digit ID number to complete this process. Setting your password here ensures that all your North Park accounts are in sync. This campus account enables your access to your North Park email account, as well as a variety of other services, including WebAdvisor, Moodle, Helpdesk, NPYou, and more.
You should never share your password with anyone, and North Park IT will never ask you for your password.

2. Check Your Email
You should check your email regularly to stay on top of important academic and campus life information. All official North Park correspondence will be sent to your University email account. The North Park University Wiki has instructions on syncing your devices with your email as well as email-forwarding rules.
