When and where?
We meet every Monday morning at 10:30 am in Magnuson 6 at 10:30 am. On the fourth Monday of each month we move to Magnuson 310 to accommodate the larger size of our senate.
The senators, along with elected officers, meet every week. On the second and fourth Mondays each month, club presidents are invited to participate as voting members. All students, faculty, and staff are invited to attend each meeting so they are aware of decisions being made and can participate fully in student life.
At the meetings we discuss current campus issues, determine where student activities funds will be distributed, discuss the formation of new clubs, state positions relating to campus events and concerns, and formally contribute financially to campus organizations who bring proposals through legislation.
