Succession planning, recruiting, and hiring are a significant part of managing an organization. In these unusual times when resources are stretched, it is especially important to pay attention to these matters and the impact they have on successfully fulfilling the organization’s mission. This workshop will answer the following questions:

What are the components of a successful recruiting and hiring process and how can we set the stage to identify, recruit, and hire strong candidates quickly?

With so many people currently in the market for jobs, how can we be sure a candidate is a good match and has the right skills for our job?

How do we avoid making a hiring mistake?
This workshop is designed for Executive Directors and other senior level executives who manage the inevitable hiring issues that arise in an organization. Nonprofit board chairs who anticipate a change in executive leadership will also benefit from this workshop.
