Apartments and Houses

The on-campus apartments and houses provide students (generally upperclassmen) with an opportunity to gain independence and responsibility while remaining part of the North Park community. Apartments are furnished with beds and basic kitchen appliances, and we encourage students to add personal items to create their own unique atmosphere. Although many apartment residents opt to prepare meals in their kitchens, they are welcome to remain on the meal plan or purchase a punch card through ARA. Adjacent to the main campus, the college apartments and houses are in high demand by North Park students!

Here is some general information about the apartments and houses:
• There are 87 apartments and 7 houses
• 1 to 5 person apartments available; 5-8 person houses available
• 2 students per bedroom
• 1 resident assistant per building grouping
• Approximately 495 - 595 square feet of apartment space
