Visit the Seminary

Visiting your seminary options can be one of the best tools as you determine the best place to pursue a call to ministry. We invite you to come experience North Park Theological Seminary through an in-person, one- or two-day visit.

The best days to visit are on Mondays and Thursdays, when you have the opportunity to sit in on a Seminary chapel service. This time of community worship and fellowship is important to both the academic experience and community life at North Park. We can also accommodate campus visits on other weekdays, but please note that there are no classes in session on Fridays, and other options may be limited, as well.

Visit activities typically start at 9:00 am, continuing into the evening. Come for all or part of a day: we will set the schedule to fit your needs. Please contact us two weeks in advance of your visit so we can set up a visit that meets all your goals.

A basic visit schedule includes:

  • Attending chapel
  • Campus tour
  • Meeting with an admissions representative

If time allows, or if you have specific requests for your visit, there is flexibility to sit in on a class or meet with a professor or current student.

If you're planning an overnight visit, we can assist you in the following ways:

  • Housing at no charge for two nights in student housing, or, if you choose to stay in a local hotel, up to $40 per night to offset the cost
  • Two meals while you are staying with us
  • Assistance in arranging your transportation to campus, which may include rides to/from O'Hare Airport or an El train station near campus

For more information or to arrange your customized visit complete the form below. Contact Seminary Admissions via email or call us toll-free at (800) 964-0101 with any questions. We hope we'll see you soon!
