Information Technology | Account Overview
All Students, faculty, and staff are provided a North Park University network account. This account grants access to a variety of technology resources designed to enhance the North Park experience.
Help and Knowledge
- Help Desk: Open a Ticket for a variety of campus departments (IT, Physical Plant, Moodle, etc.)
- Wiki: View the University Wiki for tech instructions and initiatives
North Park network accounts are automatically created for students shortly after you are accepted to the University. To activate your account, go to the NPYou Account Management page. Your North Park ID number is required for this process.
North Park student accounts are disabled and removed six months to one year after the student's last active enrollment term. Students receive a notification via their email address (as designated via NPYou) before the account is deleted. Please contact the IT department if you have questions about accessing your email or network account.
