Seminary Centers
North Park Theological Seminary has three active Centers that collaborate with the Evangelical Covenant Church and North Park University. The Centers facilitate certificate and degree programs, offer conferences, plan and lead mission trips around the world, and provide ongoing resources to those in professional ministry.
The Center for Spiritual Direction offers a Certificate in Spiritual Direction and provides direction to undergraduate students. Applications for this year's class are due March 31. It engages in ongoing research and development in the ministry of spiritual direction, intending to benefit a wide audience. It will also soon facilitate an Association of Covenant Spiritual Directors.
The Center for World Christian Studies is a cooperative venture between North Park Theological Seminary and the Department of World Mission of the Evangelical Covenant Church. It exists to engage students, missionaries, national church leaders, pastors and congregations together in intercultural biblical reflection that promotes participation in God's mission among people around the world. This Center offers a certificate in intercultural studies and numerous mission trips.
The Center for Youth Ministry Studies is a collaboration between North Park University, North Park Theological Seminary, and the Evangelical Covenant Church's Department of Christian Formation.
