Housing

One-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments are available on campus and near campus in order to foster community life at the Seminary. Applications for housing are available for students who have been accepted into a program at North Park. All rent amounts are inclusive of utilities and heat. If you have specific questions regarding housing for North Park Theological Seminary students, please email the coordinator of Seminary housing or consult the Housing Guidelines.

• Summer term housing application deadline:  May 1
• Fall term housing application deadline: July 1
• Current students who wish to move to a new campus housing location should complete an Inter-Campus Move Request and email it to the coordinator of Seminary housing.

3 Bedroom Apartments  $890-$1015*

*2 and 3 Bedroom units' rent can be split between single students sharing apartment with one person per bedroom
