2013 Commencement

May Commencement

412 graduates earned degrees during three ceremonies held on campus May 11. In addition, the University honored Eboo Patel, founder of Interfaith Youth Core, with the David Nyvall Medallion for his service to the people of Chicago. The University community mourned the death of Jimmie R. Alford in December. Executive-in-residence for our School of Business and Nonprofit Management and founder of nonprofit consulting firm The Alford Group, Jimmie dedicated his life to community service and supporting the work of nonprofit organizations.
