Consultations and Individual Counseling
Consultations can assist students in determining if ongoing counseling is appropriate. This one-time meeting can help with concerns regarding problems of family members, friends and/or other students. Faculty, staff, and parents may also receive consultations regarding North Park University students. We are available for telephone as well as face-to-face consultations.
Individual counseling allows an individual to explore his/her concerns with an objective counselor in order to work toward goals established by the student. Sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes. Counseling is short-term. The number and frequency of sessions vary and are determined based on individual need and counselor availability.
