Tax Form Information

We no longer carry paper tax forms at the Brandel Library. For the prepared among us, check out the tax form information that follows.

You can find all State of Illinois tax forms online. Make sure to click on the link you need (for most of you, look under individual forms, and then click on current year under individual income) to get .pdf copies of all state tax forms.

All federal tax forms are also online. Highlight the form you need in box in the center of the screen and hit "review selected files" to get a .pdf version of all federal forms.
