Research Journals for Statistics Project

Below are a few titles which publish original quantitative research.  Browse through them to find studies that use the kinds of instruments you are looking for.  For more titles, ask a librarian or look in the online catalog (quick limit your search to periodicals).

1. You can either pick up one of the journals below (they are arranged in the periodical shelves on the first floor of the library in alphabetical order) and browse through until you spot an article that looks interesting and uses one of the methods you are looking for (chi-square, correlation, regression, analysis of variance).
2. If you would prefer to look for an article using a database, go to the library website, click on Databases/Articles, and then on Databases A-Z.  You can use one of the specialized subject databases such as PsycInfo, CINAHL, Business Source Elite, or ERIC.  Include in your search terms one of the statistical terms you are using for (chi-square, regression, etc.).  Limit your search to articles that are at North Park or are full-text.
