Off-Campus Authentication Instructions

When you attempt to access the Databases and Web Resources page from off-campus, a gray authentication window will pop up with two or three entry spaces, depending upon your operating system.

·         If prompted for a "Domain", enter NORTHPARK

·         If you are using Windows XP, you should enter your username as username@northpark.edu, but only when prompted with a pop-up Windows-style authentication window as shown below.

For “Password”, enter the password you use to access your North Park email account and Blackboard.  If you do not know your password, please visit the password change page at https://www.northpark.edu/cgi-bin/passchange.pl.  You will need to enter your seven digit student id number in the space provided on the first page.
