Debra Auger joined North Park Theological Seminary in July of 2007 to serve as the Dean of Students and Community Life. Originally from Minnesota, Deb moved to Chicago from La Merced, Ecuador where she was the Director of Ministry Arts and a faculty member at Covenant Bible College for six years.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Minnesota State University in Mankato. She is a graduate of North Park Theological Seminary and was ordained in the Evangelical Covenant Church to Word and Sacrament at the 2006 Annual Meeting. Over the years Deb has worked in the areas of worship and ministry arts as well as youth ministry. Her interests include vocal jazz music, travel and being near large bodies of water. She is married with four children.
