Paul Bramer joined the North Park faculty in 1995 after having taught at Ontario Bible College and Ontario Theological Seminary from 1992 to 1995. He received his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto, his Master of Education from Brock University, Canada, in 1985, and his Ph.D. in Educational Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 1995. The focus of his doctoral study was Christian Education and Spiritual Formation. Bramer is a member of both the ministry and the spiritual formation fields of the Seminary. His research interests include Christian spirituality, Christian community, small group ministry, and teaching methodologies. He serves on the Board of the North American Professors in Christian Education and the Council of Grace Evangelical Covenant Church. Bramer was ordained by The Evangelical Covenant Church in 1996. His hobbies include computers, music, and motorcycling.
