By signing this document I acknowledge and understand that violation of these policies, or the failure to pay rent in accordance with seminary policies may result in my eviction from North Park Theological Seminary housing. I also acknowledge and will abide by North Park Theological Seminary’s “No Pets” policy.
Application should be submitted with a $50 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be applied to the $250 damage/cleaning deposit (due before you receive keys). You may pay by check, made payable to North Park Theological Seminary. Credit card transactions are also acceptable with the following information: type of card (VISA or MasterCard only); card number, expiration date on card and name as it appears.
