Transcripts
Your academic record is part of your permanent education record and is therefore protected under the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). As such, University staff will not release any protected information (e.g., grade information, personal data) to a third party without your express written consent (by letter, fax, or transcript request). For questions about the types of information not protected by FERPA, please contact the Office of the Registrar
North Park has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide secure online ordering and delivery of transcripts for alumni and students. Transcripts must be ordered through North Park’s Transcript Ordering Center. You can order official transcripts to be delivered both electronically and in paper form via USPS. All transcripts will cost $6.25 per copy.
Current students can access their grades and unofficial transcripts through Self-Service.
