Fall 2021 Auditions
University Orchestra, Tom Zelle
Please join us for rehearsal on the first Tuesday of class at 3:35 pm in Hanson Hall, Room 202. Bring your instrument! Following rehearsal, we’ll meet with you individually to talk and also ask you to play a piece as well as one, one-octave major scale.
University Choir, Julia Davids
All students singing in University Choir, Women’s Chorale, and Chamber Singers need to complete a short placement audition. After this audition, students will be registered for a choral ensemble. Students should sign up for an audition. Auditions will be held in person in Anderson Chapel on Monday and Tuesday during the first week of class from 2:30-6 pm. In addition, students must fill out the Audition Form online prior to their audition.
Students do not need to prepare any music in advance of the audition but are encouraged to warm up their voices so that they can accurately demonstrate their range and tone quality. We look forward to hearing you! Students must be masked at all times, even when singing, and 6 ft distancing will be maintained.
