Notice for CCNE Accreditation Site Visit

Dear Partners of the School of Nursing at North Park,

 The master’s degree (leadership & management, DEMSN, FNP, and AGPCNP tracks), the Doctor of Nursing Practice, and the APRN post-master certificate programs of the School of Nursing and Health Sciences of North Park University are engaged in a comprehensive accreditation review. During October 7–9, 2024, we will host the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) for an onsite evaluation.

 CCNE policy requires that institutions provide an opportunity for communities of interest (e.g., students, alums, faculty, employers, etc.) to submit written input into the evaluation team’s deliberations. We invite written and signed third-party comments to be sent to CCNE by September 13, 2024 (21 days before the site visit begins). CCNE shares third-party comments with the evaluation team before the onsite evaluation. During the review process, these comments are not shared with the program, the Accreditation Review Committee, or the Board.
