This presentation will reinforce strengths as a foundation for personal leadership development and expand to managing teams and leading organizations. We will review key case studies on how to best transform organizational challenges into strengths-based opportunities. Leaders can bring their biggest challenges and begin to develop a plan to elevate through strengths.
