Join us in a facilitated conversation as we explore ways to create a culture of communication within your organization regarding inclusion, diversity, equity, and access (IDEA). Discuss topics like race, culture, gender, sexuality, religion, class, education, disability, age and language and examine the impact these frameworks have on our communication with others. Learn about your natural communication style and presence of personality and the way they are experienced by others, while identifying your own filters and bias (which you may not even recognize!) in a safe place. Come ready to share honestly about the struggles this creates within us and within our culture as a whole in the U.S.
