Counseling Support Services, in collaboration with Residence Life & Housing is hosting Mindful Mondays. A series of drop-in self-care and stress relief workshops on the last Monday of the month for spring semester. Join us on Monday, March 25th for Creative Expression. Come create art to relieve stress and foster self-compassion. We will be making “instant comfort boxes” that you can keep in your pocket! No art experience necessary. All supplies provided.
