Viking Preview Days
October 13–14, 2019
Viking Preview Days offer you a firsthand taste of the North Park University experience by giving you the opportunity to connect with students and professors, eat in our dining hall, and attend a worship celebration. Parents are welcome, and we have special activities just for them. Viking Preview Days are an ideal way for both high school and transfer students to get to know what makes North Park special.
On October 13, students are invited to a Chicago-style dinner and high school seniors and transfer students can spend a night in our on-campus housing—a great introduction to life in North Park’s close-knit community.
OVERNIGHT OPTION IS FULL
On October 14, students are able to:
- Interact with current students, faculty and staff
- Tour our beautiful campus and top-notch facilities
- Meet other students interested in studying at North Park
- Learn about how to explore and join the North Park community
You’ll also have the opportunity to dive deeper into our STEM/Nursing program, School of Business & Non-Profit Management or School of Music, Art and Theatre. These tracks are optional and will take place after formal programming for Viking Preview Day has concluded on Monday.
EVENT IS FULL
Online registration is required and events often reach capacity. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration and any further details needed between your registration and the event date.

We are happy to provide directions to our campus and if needed, we can assist you and your family in arranging transportation from an airport, bus, or train terminal to North Park’s campus. Please indicate on the registration form that you’d like some help in this area, and our visit coordinator will be in touch with you to work out the details.
You may park in our visitor parking lot at the corner of Foster and Kedzie Avenues. No visitor parking passes are needed for the event. Download our campus map with designated parking areas.
