Our city: Chicago

Chicago is our classroom, and all Chicagoans are our teachers. Located in the vibrant Albany Park and North Park neighborhoods, North Park University leverages the city’s rich cultural and educational resources. As the third-largest U.S. city, Chicago’s iconic skyline and diverse communities provide students with unique learning opportunities, from internships to neighborhood-based classes. Beyond academics, the city offers endless cultural, arts, and entertainment experiences, along with a variety of global cuisines.

Our neighborhoods: Albany Park and North Park

North Park University is located between the Albany Park and North Park neighborhoods, two of the most ethnically diverse areas in the U.S., with more than 40 languages spoken in local schools. Our campus is surrounded by a vibrant mix of cultures, offering students rich opportunities to engage with diverse communities through internships, class trips, and local partnerships. Whether exploring eclectic restaurants, worshiping at nearby congregations, or connecting with local businesses and organizations, students have ample chances to learn and grow in this dynamic neighborhood.
