Institutional Effectiveness oversees continuous improvement activities at the university, including assessment, accreditation, academic program review, administrative planning and evaluation, institutional research and reporting, and strategic planning analysis.

Student satisfaction inventory (SSI)


North Park University participates in the Student Satisfaction Inventory through Ruffalo Noel Levitz. This tool measures student satisfaction and priorities to guide strategic planning, strengthen retention rates, and meet accreditation requirements.

Institutional research


The Office of the Registrar works with the Office of Institutional Effectiveness in providing strategic reports that allow North Park University to make evidence-based decisions and get results by closing loops. The Office of Institutional Effectiveness in conjunction with the Registrar is responsible for coordinating all institutional research including climate surveys, HLC mandated surveys, and requests for campus data and surveys.

 The Office of Institutional Effectiveness coordinates accreditation processes and supports campuswide and unit-level assessments to drive the university’s continuous quality improvement.
