Pre-Law

Pre-professional track

Pre-Law at North Park

The pre-law track provides the coursework and advising you need to build a strong foundation for law school applications. This track pairs with a major—typically political science or business and economics—helping you develop a deeper understanding of legal, governmental, and business complexities.

Pre-professional tracks help you build a strong foundation for graduate school or professional programs. These tracks aren’t standalone majors, but a curated set of courses designed to complement your chosen field of study. Pre-law students receive guidance from political science faculty. Your advisors will help you explore your pre-law interests, stay on track academically, and prepare for graduate school applications and interviews.

Featured course

POLI 3500 – Constitutional Law

Pre-Law Society

NPU’s Pre-Law Society aims to give previously underserved students who have an interest in exploring the legal field the best possible preparation for applying to and attending law school. We work to improve inter-departmental communication and relationships and provide a network for NPU students to rely on.
