Chemistry at North Park

Chemists study matter at its most basic level—atoms and molecules—to discover new ways to create life-saving medicine, advanced materials, and innovative consumer products. As a chemistry major at North Park, you’ll explore ethical questions and responsible science while gaining hands-on experience in small classes with state-of-the-art technology. This prepares you for rewarding careers in research, industry, medicine, education, and more, while developing a deep appreciation for the vital role chemistry plays in shaping the world.
