Art at North Park

Specialize in fine arts, graphic design, or follow a pre-professional track in art therapy. Learn from faculty who are practicing artists to become a strong communicator who considers new ideas, takes criticism well, completes projects, and works both independently and in groups. The Art department strives to provide the highest standard of artistic development through a range of specialized coursework, ample studio and internship experiences, and exposure to public engagements within the Chicago art scene. You’ll be prepared for a career in many settings, including schools, museums, galleries, nonprofits, hospitals, and advertising and graphic design agencies.
