Master of Science in Athletic Training Program Outcomes

View pass rates on the CAATE website. This page reports the outcomes from the last several years of athletic training program delivery at North Park University. This data reflects first-time pass rates and students who passed the BOC exam on subsequent attempts.

North Park University’s athletic training program will prepare you to sit for the Board of Certification (BOC) exam, a national exam that will qualify you to become an athletic trainer. Only students graduating from Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) accredited programs are eligible for the BOC exam. The BOC is the only accredited certification agency for athletic trainers in the United States, ensuring that athletic trainers are prepared to provide prevention, emergency care, diagnosis, and rehabilitation to individuals in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
