North Park monthly payment plan

North Park offers a monthly payment plan for all academic programs, allowing students to spread payments throughout the semester. This interest-free plan has a $30/semester enrollment fee and requires monthly payments on the 15th.

Key terms

  • The balance must be paid in full before the semester ends.
  • Late or insufficient payments incur a $25 fee and a business office hold.
  • Missing two consecutive payments cancels the plan.
  • Students remain on the plan for the entire academic year unless the balance is paid in full.
  • If paying in full by August 15, July’s payment is still required.
  • North Park may adjust the plan based on registration or financial aid changes.
  • Financial aid appeals do not excuse payments.
  • Unpaid balances may result in holds on transcripts, diplomas, and future registration.
  • Accounts in default may be sent to collections, with students responsible for associated fees.

Enrollment

  • Traditional undergraduate students are automatically enrolled.
  • Graduate and adult students must complete the Payment Plan Agreement Form.

For questions, contact Student Services for assistance in managing your plan.

Employer reimbursement

North Park University does not offer Employer Reimbursement as a payment option. Tuition is not deferred for students using employer benefits.

Students must pay North Park by the stated due date and seek reimbursement directly from their employer.

Need documentation for your employer? Student Accounts can provide course schedules, grades, and charges upon request. Contact us at (773) 244-5560 or studentaccounts@northpark.edu.

Student worker payroll deduction

If you work on campus, your earnings can be applied directly to your tuition bill. To enroll, complete the Payroll Deduction Agreement Form and submit it to Student Accounts.

This option is ideal for undergraduate students with work-study awards as part of their financial aid.

Important: If your earnings won’t cover your full balance, you’ll need to arrange additional payment for the remaining amount.

Proxy

Does a parent, guardian, or other family member need to have limited access to your account? Students can designate a proxy to view account statements and make payments on their account.
