North Park has exchange partnerships with universities worldwide and is a member of the International Student Exchange Program (ISEP).

Nomination
To participate in North Park’s exchange program, you must first be nominated by your home university through your outbound advisor, who will submit your formal nomination.
Application
Once your nomination is submitted to North Park, you can apply for the semester you plan to study. Apply to North Park.
Documents
Your application is incomplete until we receive the following required supplemental documents:
- Official university transcript
- Proof of English proficiency
- Copy of passport ID page
- Bank statement
- Financial affidavit of support
North Park account registration
After admission, register your North Park account and start checking your North Park email.
(You’ll need the seven-digit student ID from the top right of your acceptance letter.)
Visa requirements
All exchange students will study on a J-1 visa. To apply for the visa, North Park will provide you with Form DS-2019. Before scheduling your visa appointment, you need the following documents:
- Signed acceptance letter from North Park University
- Form DS-2019 signed in blue ink by North Park
- Valid passport
- Proof of funding (bank statement matching the amount on the DS-2019)
- Receipts for I-901 and DS-160
