Physical Plant

The Physical Plant supports students, faculty, and staff by maintaining and managing all university-owned properties.

Maintenance requests
To request maintenance, custodial services, or event setup:

  • Log in to the Asset Esstentials website using your North Park email and SSO (single sign on). ClientID: NorthParkU.
  • Use the web interface or download the app for future requests.

Central stores supplies
Order office supplies—including batteries, mailers, letterhead, paper, and testing materials—by submitting the online form.

Emergency services
Emergencies include disasters, utility failures, or equipment issues that pose immediate danger to life or property.

  • During business hours: Call Physical Plant at (773) 244-4960
  • After hours: Contact Campus Center Dispatch at (773) 244-6200 to reach the On-Call Engineer
