Senior Countdown

Senior Countdown is mandatory for all traditional undergraduate graduation candidates. Use this checklist to ensure a smooth path to graduation.

1. Diploma information

Send all information to graduation@northpark.edu:

  • Name (as it should appear on your diploma)
  • Diploma mailing address
  • Phonetic pronunciation of your name for the ceremony

Confirm your information by:

  • Fall graduates: End of October
  • Spring graduates: End of March

Be sure to check your Graduation Audit to confirm that all academic requirements are on track.

 

2. Jostens graduation items

Order rings, diploma frames, and graduation keepsakes at Jostens.
Details about online and in-person sales will be sent to your email.

 

3. Financial aid

If you’ve borrowed federal loans, you must complete Exit Counseling starting one month before the semester ends.

  • Instructions will be emailed to you
  • Required for diploma release

Private loans follow lender-specific terms. Questions? Contact financialaid@northpark.edu.

 

4. Student accounts

Your account balance must be paid in full to receive your diploma or official transcript.
Contact studentaccounts@northpark.edu with questions.

Unresolved accounts may be assigned to an outside collections agency.

 

5. Career services

North Park’s Career Development Office supports you from day one through your professional life. Contact us to explore internships, job prep, or post-grad planning.

 

6. Senior class gift

Join the tradition—donate $20.25 in honor of your graduating class to support future students through the North Park Fund.

7. Alumni engagement

Welcome to the North Park Alumni Association!

 

8. Library

Return all library materials before graduation. Lost item fees must be paid.

Post-graduation, alumni can request a free library card for continued access to print materials.

 

9. Bookstore

Visit the North Park Bookstore for alumni gear, diploma frames, and gifts.
