Jennifer Dunne has guided the string education of hundreds of aspiring musicians in violin, viola, chamber music, and string pedagogy. She has performed in every major Chicago concert venue with dozens of professional music organizations and is recognized as an educator, recording artist, and eclectic-style string improviser.

Having taught at the collegiate, pre-collegiate, high school, and primary school levels, Dunne is also Director of the North Park University Community Music Academy. In addition, she is the violin and viola Instructor for the orchestra programs at Whitney M. Young High School and Lane Tech College Prep. Previously, she served as faculty at Northwestern University’s Music Academy, Musicianship and Chamber Music Faculty for the Music Institute of Chicago, and as Professor of Violin and Viola for Trinity International University.

She has Bachelor’s and Master’s of Music Music degrees in Violin Performance and Violin/Viola String Pedagogy from Northwestern University.
