Profile
For more than fifteen years, Dr. Marie-Élène Roberge has been teaching Management and Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Human Resource Management. Her teaching style is participative and focuses on providing students with experiential learning and collaborative opportunities. She encourages students to develop their knowledge, identities, and experiences to fulfill their full potential and dreams and bring significant contributions to society.
Her research focuses on managing diversity, equity, and inclusion in organizations. She also has some research streams in training and development, personality, and organizational justice. Her publications have appeared in Research in Personnel and Human Resources Management, Journal of Business Diversity, Journal of Diversity Management, Journal of Human Resource Management Review, Small Group Research, and Organizational Psychology. She also has several years of consulting experience in delivering training to managers about topics related to DEI.
