Planning Your Arrival to Campus

Welcome to North Park! Here’s everything you need to know for your arrival, including details for specific cohorts, athletic teams, and Threshold: New Student Orientation.

Traditional undergraduates

Threshold is a comprehensive experience to help you transition to North Park. Orientation runs from Friday, August 22–Sunday, August 24. Learn more and RSVP.

For fall athletes

  • Football: Early arrival, Monday, August 11
  • Soccer, volleyball: Thursday, August 14
  • Cross-country, golf, tennis: Friday, August 15

Check in at Campus Safety for your student ID and head to your designated check-in location. Coaches will provide more info.

Crux students


Crux is a discipleship cohort for first-year students. Early arrival is Monday, August 18, from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Crux staff will provide additional arrival details.

 

International students


Complete the online pre-arrival orientation and attend in-person sessions from August 20–22. Move-in is on Tuesday, August 20. Learn more about International Student Orientation.

 

COMPASS students


A year-long program to help first-year students with academic and social challenges. Learn more about COMPASS.

 

Music students


Students who have auditioned and been accepted into the School of Music, Art, and Theatre are required to take placements in music theory/aural skills and keyboard skills prior to registering for music courses.
