North Park offers several resources to help students access course textbooks.
Brandel Library Textbook Reserve: The library purchases one copy of all undergraduate textbooks upon professor request, available for in-library use. Other required readings are also purchased and placed on reserve.
Interlibrary Loan: Students can search the I-Share catalog for books available at North Park or other universities.
North Park Online Bookstore: Rent or buy textbooks through the online bookstore, which also offers third-party options for savings.
Textbook and Course Supply Assistance Program: For students facing financial hardships, this program provides vouchers to help cover the cost of textbooks and supplies based on financial need. Students must complete an application, demonstrate need, and be enrolled full-time.
Applications for the assistance program will become available one week prior to the start of the spring semester. For more information, visit Brandel Library or contact Student Engagement.
