Lori Scrementi

Dean, School of Professional Studies

Dr. Lori Scrementi joined the School of Professional Studies with proven leadership in adult, graduate, and online education, and expertise in enrollment management, strategic planning, and program, curriculum, and faculty development. She came to North Park from Trinity Christian College, where she built all adult, graduate, and online programs.

As dean, Scrementi works with School of Professional Studies faculty to offer a variety of degree programs that help students achieve their goals. “We want our students to experience a curriculum that is transformative,” she says, “to educate the whole person, with courses designed to empower students to understand and change the world around them.”

The flexibility in North Park’s delivery of courses—one evening or Saturday morning a week, fully online, or a combination of face-to-face and online—enables adult students to maintain a manageable work-life balance, Scrementi says. “Many of our students are working full- or part-time, and have children, as well as other obligations in their lives. We have a dedicated and caring faculty and staff who take a keen interest in our students and have a sincere commitment to see them graduate.
