Andrew Lundgren

Program Director, Associate Professor

Andrew first came to North Park in 1996 as head athletic trainer. In 2000, Andrew he became athletic training program director, overseeing the Athletic Training Educational Program (ATEP).

Eric McQuaid

Head Athletic Trainer

Eric joined North Park in 2009 as assistant athletic trainer. He primarily provides services for women’s soccer, women’s basketball, and baseball. He also serves as a clinical instructor and teaches two practicum courses.

Kelly Potteiger

Clinical Coordinator, Assistant Professor

As clinical coordinator of athletic training education, Dr. Potteiger recruits and maintains the many clinical sites for student placement across the Chicagoland area. She has served at North Park since 2007.

Poonam Thaker

Medical Director, Head Team Physician

Dr. Poonam Thaker, MD, has been the North Park athletic training medical director and head team physician since 2009. She also serves as the director of sports medicine fellowship at Resurrection Medical Center.
